Thank you for supporting my studio practice. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.


Delivery Time Estimates

All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume. If you are placing a time-sensitive order, please contact me before purchasing to confirm feasibility.


Order Processing Time

All prints are made to order as part of my studio release process.

  • Processing time: 2–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • This timeframe includes printing, quality review, signing, numbering (if applicable), and careful packaging.

For pre-order items, fulfillment details will be clearly stated in the product description.

Please factor processing time into your delivery expectations. While rush production may be possible for select orders, this must be arranged prior to purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


Shipping Origin

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Decatur, Georgia (USA).


Lost or Damaged Items

All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me at

To ensure eligibility for a replacement or claim:

  • Contact me within 3 business days of delivery or delivery notification
  • Include photos of any damage to both the item and packaging

Failure to report issues within this window may prevent replacement under the carrier’s insurance policy.


Shipping Address Responsibility

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details carefully before completing your order.

I cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Returns, Refusals & Undeliverable Packages

Because all works are made to order, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If a shipment is:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees (international orders)
  • Returned for any reason unrelated to damage or error on my end

The customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. If re-shipping is declined, the items may be disposed of.

Please ensure you understand your country’s import duties, taxes, and customs procedures before placing an international order.
