Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Thank you for supporting my studio practice. Because all works are created or prepared specifically for each order, please review the policy below carefully before purchasing.
Made-to-Order & Final Sale
All artwork, prints, and studio items are made to order and are considered final sale.
For this reason, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Preference changes after purchase
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Because each piece is prepared specifically for you, all sales are considered final once production has begun.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me at

To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the original packaging
Once reviewed, I will work with you to determine an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution under shipping insurance policies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are not offered.
Because items are made to order, the fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once the original matter has been resolved (if applicable).
Refunds (Damage or Error Only)
If a refund is approved due to damage or error:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider
You will be notified once your case has been reviewed and a decision has been made.
